What is Online Coaching?

Online coaching offers interactive and customized programming, video form checks and customized videos for clients. Clients have access to discounted 1:1 sessions, and depending on their package, up to two free in person sessions each month.

Online training is great for those who are serious about achieving their fitness goals but can’t make it into the gym to see me consistently. Or, enjoy working out on their own, but want to make sure their workouts are effective and lead to their desired results.

What does “Interactive and customized programming” look like?

Each week you will receive customized workouts, sets and reps reflective of the feedback given during our weekly 1:1 phone call. The sheet is designed with client feedback in mind, under each assigned workout is space to enter what you were able to accomplish during the week’s workout, how difficult you found it and any additional notes you’d like me to see. The “Notes” and “Client Notes” section allows me to communicate with you and give the direction that you need to be successful.

Guided video workouts

Clients are welcome and encouraged to request guided video workouts. Clients can also send in their own videos for form critiques.
